LoamAura accepts eligible returns within 30 days after delivery for unused, unassembled kits in original packaging.

Contact support first so the return can be matched to the order.

  • Contact support within 30 days after delivery before sending anything back.
  • Keep the kit unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
  • Include order details so LoamAura can confirm return eligibility and instructions.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported as soon as they are noticed.

Eligible returns

Unused and unassembled raised bed kits in original packaging may be returned within 30 days after delivery after support confirms the return.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected, using the original payment path where practical.
